From Garden to Plate: Freshness in Our Ingredients

At our restaurant, the freshness and quality of ingredients are paramount for every dish we serve. How do we achieve this? Allow me to share a bit about our philosophy and kitchen practices.
For some time now, I’ve been cultivating a variety of vegetables in my small personal garden. These vegetables are planted and tended by myself, with love and dedication. From the Peruvian chili peppers that add that spicy and vibrant touch, to the basil that becomes the delicious pesto accompanying several of our dishes, each ingredient is treated with the utmost care and attention.

Hechos con amor y pasion.
“Made with love and passion.”

The freshness of these vegetables is unparalleled. Harvested just moments ago, they retain all their flavor and nutrients, resulting in a unique culinary experience for our customers. In addition to chili peppers and basil, my garden also yields cilantro, oregano, and a variety of aromatic herbs that enhance the flavor of our dishes.

We understand how important it is for you to know where the ingredients you consume come from. That’s why we want to share this information with you. Every time you enjoy a dish at our restaurant, know that you’re tasting the freshness and care we put into each of our ingredients, straight from our garden to your plate.

Thank you for supporting us and allowing us to share our passion for cooking with you!
