The heart of Café de Martín is Chef Martín Araujo Bohorquez — born in Lima and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Peru. With over 25 years in the culinary world, he brings authentic Peruvian recipes crafted through years of passion and connection. This October 16th, we proudly celebrate 3 years in Tallahassee — sharing the rich flavors of Peru with our new home.

Ceviche Bravo

Fresh fish and shrimp or Octopus, marinated in Leche de Tigre (a Peruvian citrus-based marinade), lime juice, passion fruit, aji amarillo paste (mild) red onion, cilantro, chili pepper. Accompanied with crunchy calamari, Peruvian fried corn and sweet potatoes. 26

Chicken wings, crunchy shrimp, mozzarella sticks, and fries. 28

Lomo Saltado Mar y Tierra

Beef sautéed in a sizzling wok until tender, with red onion, tomatoes, cilantro and soy sauce, white vinegar and homemade sauce. Served with fries and jasmine rice. 29
