The man behind the restaurant is Chef Martín Araujo Bohorquez originally from Lima, Peru. With 25 years in the restaurant industry, he has a background in restaurant management and attended Le Cordon Bleu Peru. Throughout the years, Chef Martín has gained an extensive collection of recipes from many Peruvian chefs he has cultivated relationships with and created his own collection to share with Tallahassee.

We offer several coffee drinks. We only serve organic coffee from local Midtown Roasters. You can also purchase bags of coffee for your home or office!
