About Chef
The heart behind our Peruvian restaurant in Tallahassee is Chef Martín Araujo Bohorquez, originally from Lima, Peru. With 25 years in the restaurant industry and training at Le Cordon Bleu Peru, Chef Martín has dedicated his life to capturing the essence of authentic Peruvian cuisine. Over the years, he has gathered an extensive collection of recipes from many Peruvian chefs with whom he has cultivated relationships, creating his own collection to share with the Tallahassee community.
This October 16th, we are proud to celebrate our third anniversary in this wonderful city. Since we founded Café de Martín, we have had the honor of sharing the richness of Peruvian gastronomy with our friends and neighbors in Tallahassee. Thank you for making these three years an unforgettable experience.
